High tech ahoy!

Composites lead the way in the yacht and boatbuilding industry as they make boats and ships lighter, more stable and more powerful. In cooperation with the Octiman Association and Via Mare, the conference deals with the enhancement of materials, tools and work methods to enable a more environmentally friendly production of glass fiber boats. We have chosen strong partners: While the recently founded Octiman Association deals with technical topics that refer to the use of leading edge materials in yacht and boat construction, the well-established magazine Via Mare has been dealing with the use of composites in the boat industry for many years now. This congress focuses on manufacturers and managers of the boatbuilding sector who seek to integrate environmental protection into their manufacturing processes.
